The Order Process
Whether your enquiry starts with a visit to our showroom, a web enquiry, or a telephone call, you will receive the same warm welcome, our aim is to help in anyway we can.
From your initial enquiry, we would generally look to make an appointment to come to your home to discuss your requirements in more detail and measure the room or space to be refurbished, also taking account of your existing services.
We would then look to get back to you in 5 -7 days with a design and some colour illustrations based upon the information taken, together with a detailed quotation for all the materials and works involved in the project.
Alternatively, you can bring in your own room measurements and discuss your detailed requirements in our showroom – we will then get back to you with a design and quotation as above.
In either instanceonce our design and quotation is submitted, we welcome/invite your feedback – negative or positive! At Wealden we do understand that the initial design or quotation may not be exactly right, certain things may need to be tweaked here and there to get itexactly right, or perhaps to get within a predefined budget –but do tell us, we will work with you!
To place an order with Wealden, we ask for an initial deposit,a further stage payment as soon as we actually start work on the project, with the remaining balance along with any agreed extras upon satisfactory completion of works.
Start dates for all projects are discussed and agreed at the time of order, and duration of works will vary according to the size and scale of the room or rooms being refurbished, and would again be discussed at the time of order.
